Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: June 6, 2025

1. Scope

This policy applies to all enrollments, course fees, workshops, or educational services purchased through Brain Tree. By making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Course Cancellation by You

  • Prior to Course Start:

    • If you cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before the course start date, you are eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.

    • Cancellations made within 3 to 6 days before the start date receive a 50% refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the course start are non‑refundable.

  • During a Course:

    • No refunds will be issued after the course has begun.

3. Course Cancellation by Brain Tree

If we cancel a course (due to low enrollments, unforeseen circumstances, etc.), you will be entitled to:

  • A full refund of fees paid, or

  • Option to transfer your registration to another session or course.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method (bank transfer, payment gateway, etc.).

  • Bank or transaction charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund.

5. Transfer Policy

  • You may request to transfer your enrollment to another batch once no later than 7 days before the original start date.

  • Transfer approvals are subject to seat availability and may incur a processing fee of ₹500.

6. Add-On Workshops & Materials

  • Fees for add-on workshops, printed materials, or course packets are non-refundable once the materials have been dispatched or accessed.

7. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend the course without prior written cancellation will result in no refund or no option for transfer.

8. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be processed for:

  • Missed classes due to personal emergencies or unavoidable circumstances

  • Partial attendance or early termination of the course

  • Voluntary withdrawal mid-course

9. How to Request a Refund or Cancel

Send a written request via email to support@braintreeias.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Course title and batch details

  • Reason for cancellation

  • Payment receipt or transaction details

We will confirm receipt and process your request within 2 business days.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refunds & Cancellation Policy periodically. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of our services after updates indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
